Orez basmati cu arome orientale


Ingrediente (4 portii):

25 g unt
o legatura mare (sau 2 mici) de ceapa verde tocata marunt
2 catei de usturoi
100 g orez basmati
50 ml vin alb
300 ml supa de legume
1 buchet de broccoli maruntit
1 ardei gras galben
1 dovlecel
1 mana pastai de fasole verde
1 lingurita cimbru
1 praf ghimbir
1 praf nucsoara
sare, piper, chilli uscat, foi de dafin, garam masala...
Pentru ornat:
1 lingura de ceapa verde tocata (eu am pus ceapa rosie taiata solzisori)

Se topeste untul intr-o tigaie de teflon si se adauga usturoiul si ceapa verde pentru a se cali 1-2 min. Se adauga orezul si vinul si se lasa sa fiarba cu capacul deasupra, pana se evapora vinul. Apoi se adauga supa, broccoli, celelalte legume si se mai fierbe 10 min. Cand orezul e fiert, se adauga condimentele: sarea, piperul, chilli.
Sugestie: Se poate adauga si cubulete de soia calite in ulei si sos chilli iute.
Se serveste intr-un vas ceramic cu ceapa verde presarata deasupra.
